FFS provides drone photography, visual documentation, and construction or property walkthrough documentation as described on the website and in an agreed project scope. Unless expressly agreed in a separate written contract and legally authorized, deliverables are not a land survey, boundary determination, engineering analysis, architectural service, appraisal, code-compliance determination, insurance coverage decision, or guarantee that every condition or defect has been identified. Clients remain responsible for obtaining appropriately licensed professional services when needed.
Drone operations and site access
Drone operations are subject to applicable laws, airspace restrictions, weather, site conditions, safety considerations, permissions, and operational limitations. FFS may postpone, modify, or decline an operation when conditions make it unsafe, unlawful, or impractical. Customers are responsible for arranging lawful access and identifying relevant site restrictions or hazards.
