How it works

1. Reach out. Fill out the form or send us an email. Tell us what you've got going on.
2. We get back to you. You'll get a price and a day we can come out.
3. We shoot it. Drone first, then a phone or GoPro for tight spots. We need a dry day without much wind.
4. You get the files. Photos and video that are yours to keep and send to whoever needs them.

Before we come out

• The address, and who can meet us or let us in
• Gate codes, and any dogs we should know about
• A heads-up to tenants, if there are any
• Cars and clutter moved, if you can
• Your deadline, if there is one (closing, claim, turnover)

Good to know

• We tell you what we see, and what we'd look at if it were our building.
• It's documentation, not a licensed inspection, and it doesn't replace a roofer or an engineer.
